In our courses, retreats and initiatives we offer culturally responsive and trauma-sensitive mindfulness practice, creating safe healing environments for Spanish-speakers and their allies. In solidarity, we come together to rest, move, play, explore, celebrate, empower, and inspire each other. 

All our activities are facilitated by certified mindfulness and yoga instructors, natural healers, artists, and psychologists that will support your adventure of self-discovery.  

The majority of our courses are currently offered online, with the possibility of transitioning to in-person.
