Balance your day to day by taking time for yourself. This day of mindfulness offers a special opportunity to slow down and experience cultivating the balance between giving and receiving.

In community, we will explore personal and group practices, chair yoga, periods of stillness and somatic movement (based on the direct perception of the body). If you are interested in options to find a better balance during these times of confinement and uncertainty, this day is for you.
