MINDFULNESS ESSENTIALS 1

Together we will discover how mindfulness in a group setting can provide us the opportunity to pause for 1.5 hours every week during 5 weeks, and tune our attention inward. Sylvia Eugenia Ruiz and some special guests will guide participants into a restorative and healing experience throughout this series.

As a group, we will explore questions such as: What is mindfulness? How might it be beneficial to us, our relationships, and our world? How can we recover the practice of play? How can we incorporate these practices into our busy, daily lives?

TESTIMONIALS

I realized that by taking breaks during the day I can be more productive at work.

With mindfulness practice during my English classes, I learned to relax my body and mind when I felt tense.

I understood the difference between living on autopilot and being present in the present moment.
